Huacaya Alpacas

This was exactly what we were hoping for when we bred our CHAMPION roan female, Millie, to CHAMPION black male, Ovation. Zia is a true black beauty with plenty of spunk and personality!! We're excited to watch this young female mature and develop with high hopes that she'll follow in the footsteps of her champion dam and granddam, both valued members of our foundation herd.

Lulu is a beautiful female whose colour story is still unfolding. While her final shade remains a mystery, her exceptional phenotype, presence and sweet personality are already shining through. She is an intriguing young female who has certainly captured our attention!!

Hazel was a much-anticipated cria. Her excitement stems not only from being the offspring of two multi-champions but also because she is the first cria born to a dam who was born here. Namaari kept us waiting for 377 days, but every moment was worth it! As the smallest cria we’ve had so far, she is a delightful little bundle adorned with tiny spirals! Following in her parents' footsteps, Hazel won FIRST in a competitive class of 6 at the Alpaca Ontario Spring Show, followed by a RESERVE CHAMPION ribbon against light females of all ages. Pretty impressive for her first time in the show ring!! What's not to love about Hazel?!!

I can't say that we expected fawn from this pairing, but we're not complaining! This big guy has got the look, the lineage and a whole lot of presence! If he's not with his mom, you will find Cashew sitting right in the middle of the dust bath. He LOVES to dust bathe, but doesn't show the dirt near as much as his mom. Just one of the benefits of a lighter coat!!!

Epic is a delightful new addition to our herd; the perfect "spotted version" of his dam and sire!!! All the way from Manitoba, he will be a buddy for Cashew (as Hazel moves in with the girls) and will certainly add some pizzazz to the farm!! Thank you to Joan at Turtle Mountain Alpacas for entrusting us with this special one...He's So Epic!!!

Daughter to 7x GREY CHAMPION Arriba Adonis!! Wilona is a knockout! In her first year of showing, she came out on top winning TWO Black Championships (male and female combined). Judges were particularly impressed with the character and uniformity of her fleece. Unfortunately she couldn't show in her second year due to COVID. Outside the show ring she is a curious, easy going girl that tends to get spoiled with extra treats! Wilona's first three offspring are all multiple GREY CHAMPIONS!!! Not only does Wilona produce the most spectacular greys, she stamps her signature head style with tons of fleece coverage on each one. Wilona was awarded the FIRST PLACE BANNER in PRODUCE OF DAM at the Royal Winter Fair in 2024 showcasing two of her stunning ROAN progeny, Millie and Pacey. After a year off, Wilona travelled to Quebec for a special breeding to Ariya Pure Blackout de Charlevoix. We weren't sure if we'd get black this time or another grey, but we ended up with fawn!!! For her 5th cria, we paired Wilona with our very own Supreme Champion, Dawson, and she produced another stunner! We already see so much potential in this young lady.

During the careful selection of our foundation herd, Charm was an obvious choice. She is just one of those females that has the "it" factor. She is perfectly proportioned with an exquisite head style and a dense, dark mahogany fleece. Charm has given us TWO exceptional coloured girls that are both CHAMPIONS!! After a year of rest, we bred Charm to Yukon Gold and she did not disappoint! We are thrilled with the arrival of her third cria, Dawson. An eye-catching fawn who has won our hearts and those of the judges! At 15 months, Dawson won male fawn CHAMPION and SUPREME CHAMPION at the Rockton World's Fair! Charm's 4th cria is a light brown boy out of our white herdsire Nyko. Once again, Charm is the perfect mother and Mac is a handsome fella! This girl is on FIRE -- 4/4 CHAMPION offspring for Charm and both of her sons are SUPREME CHAMPIONS!!!

Charlee is one of our much anticipated Gangster crias! A beautiful medium brown female from this pairing is exactly what we were hoping for! Charlee has personality plus and is a farm favourite with the visitors! She loves attention and selfies!! Charlee won FIRST PLACE in her class and went on to win the BROWN CHAMPION (combined male and female) at NAVAN! We always knew Charlee was a champion and now she has the ribbon to prove it!! Judge Kevin O'Leary complimented Charlee on her stature and impeccable conformation. He described her fleece as "highly dense, highly uniform and consistent along the staple...three traits that you want in your breeding program!" Charlee's first cria is here...arriving just 2 hours after her mom, Charm, delivered! Those girls had us on our toes! We bred Charlee to Arriba Amplified in hopes of producing a black offspring and that's exactly what we got! Espresso or "Spro" is a spunky guy! Don't let those copper tips fool you, he's black under there! Charlee has followed in Charm's footsteps as an easy birther, easy milker and exceptional mom.

As the first cria born on our farm, we're definitely biased with what a gem she is! Pebble is a gorgeous LSG with only 1 spot of colour on an otherwise solid blanket. She has an incredible substance of bone, a wide poll, beautiful bright fleece and the most adorable face - she truly looks like a life sized teddy bear! Pebble won FIRST PLACE in her class at NAVAN! The judge commended her for being a solid, well grown yearling with an impressive first fleece. Unfortunately, there wasn't a grey championship at this show. Pebble's streak continued at ROCKTON winning FIRST PLACE in her class and COLOUR CHAMPION (combined male/female). After winning her second COLOUR CHAMPIONSHIP at the Alpaca Quebec show in 2023 the judge said, "she's really just a beautiful girl; well put together." Showing as a 2 year old at the Navan Fair in August, Pebble took home the RESERVE CHAMPION (combined male/female)! And she ended off the 2023 showing season with another FIRST PLACE and RESERVE CHAMPIONSHIP at the Royal Winter Fair!! Making this decision hasn't been easy, but since we're not breeding for grey, we've decided to offer this beautiful girl for sale. She deserves the opportunity to contribute to a grey or black breeding program where her exceptional genetics and stunning silver fleece can be fully appreciated.

Daughter of Supreme Champion, Red Granites Pallaton, now residing in Poland! These genetics are VERY LIMITED in Canada! Remarkable right from birth with twists and twirls of fleece on a solid 20lb frame! Not only is Namaari developing into a phenomenal young female, she is also a total sweetheart (fitting as the meaning of her name is "truly pure heart") We are incredibly proud of Namaari's debut at the Alpaca Quebec spring show! She won FIRST PLACE in the juvenile female fawn class and went on to win the COLOUR CHAMPION!! Judge Wade Gease credited Namaari for "producing loads of fleece that was both fine and uniform, as well as having a great body structure - a real stunner!!" Namaari finished FIRST in a competitive class of 7 at the Rockton World's Fair and continued on to win RESERVE CHAMPION in a combined male/female class behind the best in show winner!! Judge Cathy Merkley was particularly impressed with how tight and uniform her crimp was along the entire staple commenting that these fleeces are the ones most likely to maintain fineness with age. Namaari's winning streak has continued in 2023 with a RESERVE CHAMPION win at the Alpaca Quebec show in April and a COLOUR CHAMPIONSHIP at the Navan Fair in August. We took Namaari to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in November of 2023 and she won FAWN CHAMPION!! Judge, Stephanie Glyptis, commended Namaari on her strength of frame and overall conformation, excellent length of staple with a great deal of organization along the staple and consistent in micron across her blanket. With her incredible show career behind her, we were excited to transition her into our breeding program. One of a Kind was always on our radar for Namaari's first breeding and we are thrilled to finally announce, after 377 days gestation, that she had a GIRL! This light bundle of curls was totally worth the wait and Namaari is completely smitten!!

Paternal sister to MULTI champion Namaari, we have been in awe of this spunky girl since the day she was born! She's quirky, but she's one of the first to greet visitors and pose for selfies. And if you're lucky you might even get a snuggle! Shucks' fleece is considered "ultrafine" with an incredibly soft handle. She placed amongst the TOP 10% in EPDs for Average Fiber Diameter (AFD) and Spin Fineness (SF) with her first fleece. Her second fleece results are equally impressive - AFD 15.2, SD 3.3 and CF 100%. She ranks as one of the finest females in our herd with an AFD of 20.3 microns for her 4th fleece!!! During her showing career, she was awarded SECOND PLACE in the walking fleece competition at Rockton Fair amongst numerous light animals of all ages and another SECOND PLACE in a very competitive light class at the Navan Fair (with her second fleece).

What do you get when you combine two black champions? A modern grey or roan of course!! Wilona loves to produce grey and we're more than okay with it (especially when she produces such amazing offspring!). Millie is blossoming into an exceptional young female and it looks like the judges agree! "She is well grown and very well proportioned for her age with a beautiful strong frame. Very nice head style." To date, Millie has won 3 CHAMPIONSHIPS and continues to impress us. Just like her older sister, she knows that she's a queen!!! Millie's first cria, sired by MULTI BLACK CHAMPION Arriba Ovation, has arrived and she's a true black beauty!!! Millie is a very attentive first time mom, and little Zia is as good as they get!!

One look at this girl and you're hooked! She immediately catches your eye with her dark points, impressive head style and solid conformation. Winnie has quickly become a favourite with our visitors because of her super fuzzy ears and calm demeanor. I would suspect that she has been in the most selfies!! During her show career, Winnie placed FIRST in both the halter and walking fleece shows at the Rockton Fair with the judge commending her for being very strong phenotypically - having good circumference of bone and good capacity in her chest. He also really liked her head style and the fact that she had excellent coverage of fleece all the way down to her toes! Winnie takes another FIRST place at the Alpaca Ontario Spring Show! She is a "very well conformed alpaca with good substance of bone and she moves very well. Good staple length and nice crimp definition that is uniformly expressed across the blanket." We absolutely LOVE everything about this young lady and can't wait to create a MINI WINNIE!!

Western Russet "Russ" is the first cria out of our co-owned herdsire, Yukon Gold. From the moment he was born, we knew that he was something special! At 9 months of age, our suspicions were confirmed. Russ won RESERVE CHAMPION in his first show appearance in Quebec. Judge Kevin O'Leary described his fleece as "exquisite, magnificent and extremely fine" and commented that he is very well grown and correct in his conformation. He has continued to perform well in the show ring winning a FIRST in his class at Rockton as well as the COLOUR CHAMPIONSHIP (combined male/female). Judge Cathy Merkley described his fleece as having an "exquisitely soft handle." Russ has finished the 2023 season strong winning FIRST PLACE at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Unfortunately there were not enough brown animals for a colour championship, but the judge named him as one of the top 3 contenders for the supreme champion!!!

When we saw the tuxedo marking and the faint colour running down his back and onto his tail, we knew this guy was rare! The grey genetics from his dam and sire have come through - what a wonderful surprise!! A spectacular light rose grey (lilac fawn) with a solid frame!! His sire, BM McDuff, has Circle O Prince of Morocco, Super Sam, Coyo Destiny, Peruvian Pistachio and Victor's Vaccoyo in his background. All herdsires that have had a tremendous impact on the Canadian Alpaca Industry. And his dam's lineage includes some heavy hitters too - Spell Greystoke, Grayson Sky, TNC BB King O' the Hill, Sculptor Alyst and Tiger Lily Holtby!! Reggie won FIRST PLACE in the light class as a juvenile at the Alpaca Quebec Show and as a yearling at both the Rockton and the Royal!

A dark rose grey from a black and fawn is a pleasant surprise! He has developed into a well proportioned yearling with a very strong frame, correct dentition and a beautiful head style. His soft handling, fine fleece that is uniform in style across the blanket is just the cherry on top!! At 14 months, he placed FIRST in both the halter and walking fleece shows at the Rockton Fair!! Unfortunately there weren't enough entries for a grey male championship; however, he moved onto the supreme championship after being selected as one of the top two from the pre-supreme round. Top two from 11 animals that all placed first in their respective colour classes is no easy feat!! Pacey and his brother Dawson were honoured to be the official Ambassadors of the 102nd Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto in 2024. Pacey is a remarkable roan and continues to impress us and the judges! He took first place at the Rockton Fair in 2025 winning both the halter and walking fleece competitions. The judge remarked on his "beautiful phenotype and headstyle as well as his strong muzzle. He is well proportioned and well muscled. When I open up his fleece, there is good fineness and structure that carries beautifully all the way down his extremities."

Joey is a carbon copy of his sire right down to the grey hue on his top knot and rose undertones! Joey has become one of our farm favourites; he's full of personality and loves to give kisses! FUN FACT: His dam, Blue Moon Sangria, waited until the day of the Super Blue Moon to reveal this handsome guy and she nailed it!

Espresso "Spro" is exactly what we orderd! With some impressive ancestors on both sides of his pedigree we have a feeling that this combination won't disappoint! His paternal grandsire, Oreo Ben, was a legendary black male in Canada before moving to the US. And on his maternal side...Black Hills' The Gangster, has produced champions in every colour! Spro has matured into a stunning black male! He won FIRST in his class of yearling black males at the Rockton in 2025 and continued on to win the combined CHAMPIONSHIP. "Looking at this male, he is overall very sound with a straight topline and a beautiful head style. He has a macho look to him, his gait is smooth with excellent symmetry and good substance of bone. Excellent staple length, good fineness and micron uniformity throughout." Judge, Frauke Berman Spro earned another first place ribbon in a competitive class of black yearling males at the Royal Winter Fair. Unfortunately there weren't enough black entries for a black championship, so he lined up for the pre-supreme round and was second behind the supreme winner. Comments from Jacob Hart: "I really want to recognize the overall frame and conformational attributes of this male. At just 16 months of age, he's already built like most adults are. He has great width to his chest and he is maintaining great capacity from his topline and his back down to the floor of his belly. He also has a phenotypically pleasing head style. As I view his fleece, he is even in colour which is a positive attribute for the black males. His fleece is relatively fine and he is maintaining a uniformity of fineness across his blanket." He is impressive and will certainly be an asset to our coloured breeding program!

There is no doubt about it, Yukon Gold commands attention!! He stands tall and proud and is very photogenic! So much so that he has earned the nickname MR. Gold!! His fleece coverage, bold crimp style, density and staple length are remarkable...and all of this packed on a perfect frame!! With Yukon being one of Enterprises last offspring (and the only one in Canada), he carries some very unique bloodlines. Award winning progeny: ALL IN WESTERN RUSSET: 2X BROWN COLOUR CHAMPION! ALL IN DAWSON: FAWN COLOUR CHAMPION AND SUPREME CHAMPION/BEST IN SHOW! ALL IN PACEY: 2X GREY COLOUR CHAMPION! Nyko is confident and handsome with the BEST personality! It's safe to say that we are in LOVE with this guy!! He won Reserve Colour Champion at the ALPACA Majestic Showcase in 2019 (second to the Supreme Male!). Nyko's first offspring on the farm, Macchiato, won SUPREME CHAMPION at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair at 16 months. Not only is he a phenomenal male with a brilliant fleece and remarkable head style, his calm disposition is what truly sets him apart.

Dawson was our first afternoon birth on the farm and we completely missed it! Charm knew what she was doing and delivered this fabulous fawn all on her own! She's a seasoned mom and definitely delivered quality with this guy! He has a sweet and endearing personality and truly blew us away when he won COLOUR CHAMPION followed by SUPREME CHAMPION (BEST IN SHOW) at the Rockton Fair at 15 months old! Dawson and his brother Pacey were honoured to be the official Ambassadors of the 102nd Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto in 2024. Immediately following his Ambassador duties, Dawson wrapped up the 2024 showing season at the Royal winning FIRST in a very competitive class of 6 yearling fawn males and added a RESERVE CHAMPION ribbon to his collection! Judges appreciate Dawson's "strength of frame and ease of movement as well as his soft handling, uniformly fine and bright fleece." Although you wouldn't know it by his tremendous success in the show ring, Dawson is one of the most gentle and humble males on the farm.

Macchiato "Mac" has got luster like no other cria we have ever had born here! He had a great showing as a yearling at the Rockton Fair in 2025 with the following comments from Judge Frauke Berman, "this male is phenotypically advanced, he is well balanced and has a beautiful head style. He has a very BRIGHT fleece that is not only fine but uniform. His silky, soft-handling fleece has a well defined crimp all across his blanket and far down onto his belly." This home grown male is now a SUPREME CHAMPION after an exciting showing at the Royal Winter Fair. He placed FIRST in his class of brown male yearlings, but unfortunately there were not enough brown entries for a colour championship. He advanced to the pre-supreme round with 9 other animals of all colours and ages, earned first place and advanced to the supreme championship. Comments from Jacob Hart: "He certainly is an impressive male - this is what the huacaya male should really look like! He is maintaining a high degree of brightness and a crimp structure that is very tight. Both attributes are maintained across the entire length of the staple and will translate into a superior end product."
